Our monthly and yearly subscriptions include simultaneous streaming on up to four devices. When you attempt to stream on more devices than your current plan permits, a pop-up window will appear asking you to upgrade your plan. The number of devices is also impacted by streaming across multiple browser tabs.
You can choose the ‘Continue without upgrading. Force watching on this device' option to keep your device watching while disabling the other device from watching if you don't want to upgrade.
To log into your account, click the login button or menu in the upper right corner of the Ickonic homepage.
If you're having problems logging into your account, try these options:
- Reset your password.
- Make sure there are no spaces in the email address or password boxes.
- Manually input your email address and password instead of using autofill.
- Use a private/incognito window in your browser to log into your account.
